Firm shareholder Mark R. Baumgartner practices law in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Environmental Law and Litigation, Real Estate Transactions and Municipal Law. His practice centers out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the William and Mary School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawaii. He is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court , the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Supreme Court and all Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Baumgartner served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 1986 and was a United States Coast Guard Licensed Merchant Marine Officer from 1987 to 2002.
