in all Virginia State and Federal courts including the 4th Circuit
Court of Appeals . Combines past experience as a corporate vice-president
with legal and technology experience to help business people solve
problems and seize opportunities . Following the recent Supreme
Court decision in Solid Waste Agency of
Northern Cook County v. U.S., 531 U.S. 159 (2001), Mark has been
actively involved in challenging governmental regulations over wetlands
pursuant to the Clean Water Act.
