Annie began working at Pender & Coward in summer 2004 as a first
year summer associate and has been working at Pender & Coward
continuously since December 2005.

Prior to law school, Annie interned at a private bank in Coral Gables,
FL, providing portfolio analysis and wealth management services
to high net worth clients before working as an assistant vice president
for a large international bank in the packaging and sale of home
loan mortgages and mortgage securitizations.
