  • Recently was on the winning defense team of a consolidated trial of 1500 asbestos cases
  • Impressive list of victories in the Virginia Supreme Court and the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Successfully represented individuals, businesses, the Commonwealth of Virginia, doctors, nurses, Sheriffs, state and local government agencies, property and casualty insurers and life insurance companies
