From the I-64
and I-264 intersection :
Take I-264 East toward the Oceanfront
Take the Independence Blvd./Pembroke exit(Exit
17B )
Go approximate 0.6 miles north on Independence.
Turn right onto Virginia Beach Blvd.
Go two blocks and turn right on Central Park Ave.
(You will see the Pender & Coward building
on your left).
Turn left into the public parking garage.
Take the South Garage elevator to the lobby.
Exit left from the elevator and follow lobby level signs to the Pender &
Coward elevators.
The Pender & Coward reception area is located on the 4th floor.
