Pender & Coward's Family Law Practice provides complete service to individuals whose lives are in transition because of separation and divorce. This includes all aspects of domestic relations law, emphasizing equitable distribution of marital property, preservation of separate property, spousal and child support awards, and increases or reductions in awards due to changes in circumstances. Other proceedings include child custody and visitation, including petitions for changes in court orders due to certain circumstances such as relocations; the sale or purchase of residences and businesses and obtaining experts to evaluate assets and businesses; the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial agreements and the writing of wills and trusts for clients in transition.
