Our attorneys represent national insurance carriers and businesses regarding commercial, general liability, life and accident coverage and liability litigation, product liability matters, and other policies. We defend businesses and individuals in professional malpractice, premises and commercial liability cases, resolving a variety of claims in an efficient and cost effective manner.
With that goal in mind, our attorneys visit loss sites and coordinate subrogation efforts from the time our clients first learn of a loss. They provide an initial evaluation of subrogation potential so that clients can make informed decisions. Although subrogation potential is always enhanced by early involvement, our attorneys welcome the opportunity to assist clients at any stage of a claim.
