This is a Full Time position, 30-40 hours per week. We seek candidates to provide administrative support to a Senior Attorney and our Director of Marketing.  Candidates should possess good written and oral skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, typing skills at a level of 65 WPM; and strong organization and project manage skills. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

  • Acts as liaison between current and potential clients by maintaining continual communications via email, telephone, and in person.
  •  Prepare routine correspondence.
  • Document and spreadsheet production and management.
  • Dictation transcription.
  • Filing
  • Secure travel arrangements as needed,
  • Online Directory updates.
  • Simple website updates (training provided).
  • Event planning assistance.
  • Maintain calendars/scheduling; update as necessary.
  • Input timekeeper data.

Perform a variety of other tasks as assigned.



  • Relevant work experience in a professional office setting or a combination of relevant work and educational experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
  • Typing at a level of 65 WPM.
  • Operational knowledge of standard office equipment including copier, scanner, telephone, and dictation/transcription equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, attorneys, co-workers, and other outside professionals.
