S. Beryl Adler


Beryl Adler is a firm shareholder focusing his practice on trust and estate planning and administration, as well as corporate and transactional law, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Helping clients achieve estate planning objectives for more than 55 years, Beryl creates wills, trusts and other documents and assists family members in trust and estate administration. He advises clients in business transactions, particularly as they relate to the transfer of business enterprises to the next generation.

Beryl has lectured in continuing legal education programs for the Virginia State Bar and taught business law at Old Dominion University. He was appointed as a substitute judge for the Norfolk General District Court and Commissioner in Chancery for the Norfolk Circuit Court, and served as Chairman of the Legal Assistant Curriculum Advisory Committee at Tidewater Community College.
