Tyler Rosá is a Pender & Coward attorney focusing his practice on corporate and transactional law, real estate and litigation.
Tyler assists clients with a wide range of business concerns and general corporate transactions with a focus on formation and operation of businesses and preparation and negotiation of contracts. In addition to civil litigation and real estate matters, Tyler has specific experience with local government defense, homeowners association and trust and estate litigation.
While in law school, Tyler served as an intern for the Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and assisted with the prosecution of misdemeanor appeals. During his undergraduate years, Tyler played both football and baseball for Dickinson College and served as captain of the baseball team.
