Right of Way Symposium for Condemning Authorities

This third annual symposium will be informative, educational and entertaining, featuring presentations by right of way professionals for right of way professionals.  The symposium is designed for lawyers, appraisers and right of way professionals who regularly serve condemning authorities and who would like to improve their understanding of the industry.

We anticipate that credits for CLE, Appraisal Institute, and IRWA will be available for multiple sections.

There will be a reception the evening before the Symposium on October 7, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ballyhoos located at 2865 Lynnhaven Drive, Suite D3, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
