Kristen Jurjevich Elected Pender & Coward Shareholder

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Kristen Jurjevich has been elected a shareholder of the firm. 

Kristen focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and transactional law, real estate, community association matters and litigation.  She represents businesses and individuals in contract negotiations, disputes, mergers, sales and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. She also represents community associations in collection efforts and foreclosure proceedings. 

Active in professional groups and the community, Kristen serves as a member of the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Board, as well as Chair of the ABA Awards of Achievement Committee of the Young Lawyers Division and a Young Lawyers Division Representative to the Pro Bono Council. She is the Philanthropy Director of the CBDX, the Central Business District Association’s 40 and under professionals group, and also serves as a member of the Central Business District Association’s Board of Directors and SGA Advisory Committee.  She is also a member of the Lead Hampton Roads Class of 2018.
