Kubovcik Named 2014 Chesapeake Bar Association President

Chesapeake, Va. – Pender & Coward attorney Andrew D. Kubovcik has been named 2014 president of the Chesapeake Bar Association. He has been a member of the organization since 2003 and a board member for the past five years.
Kubovcik practices at Pender & Coward’s Chesapeake location, specializing in criminal law and civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Regent University School of Law and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2001. He attended Virginia Tech, where he earned a Master’s of Science in Education and a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology.
