Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that the following officers have been reelected for the 2013 term:
Richard H. Matthews, CEO - Matthews joined the firm in 1999 and specializes in Banking, Business, Employment and Civil Litigation. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in 1974, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and received his Juris Doctor in 1976 from the same institution.
William A. Lascara, CFO - With over 30 years of legal experience, Lascara practices in Business and Commercial Law. He received his Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1983 and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
Glen W. Thompson, Secretary -Thompson practices in the areas of Commercial Law, Commercial Collections, Construction Litigation, Creditor’s Rights in Bankruptcy and General Civil Litigation. He received his Juris Doctor with a Certificate of Specialty in Ocean and Coastal Law from the University of Oregon School of Law and his Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Rhode Island.
