Richard Biemiller Elected President of Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward attorney Richard Biemiller has been elected President of the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association.  During his term as President, Richard looks forward to the TBBA hosting more in-person events and growing the organization back to its pre-COVID membership number.

Richard focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, including collection, work out and bankruptcy, as well as commercial real estate and other loan transactions.
