Ross Greene Named Professional of the Year by IRWA Chapter 52

Virginia Beach, Va. – Ross Greene, shareholder and chair of the firm’s eminent domain practice group, received the Professional of the Year award from The International Right of Way Association Chapter 52 for the year 2024-2025.  Representing clients in Virginia and North Carolina, Ross focuses his practice in the areas of eminent domain / right of way and local government matters, including real estate transactions and litigation.  He serves as a trusted advisor and counselor to government agencies, localities, utilities, authorities, and consultants, in all phases of right-of-way projects.  Ross is also certified as a Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) by the International Right of Way Association and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and continuing legal education seminars.
