Jessica Hayes Joins Pender & Coward and Expands Estate Planning Practice


Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Jessica Hayes has joined the firm as an attorney focusing her practice in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning and administration.

An experienced estate planning and elder law attorney, Jessica routinely advises clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, and elder law, including planning for public benefits.  She creates plans for individuals seeking to minimize estate taxes, protect their children’s inheritances, and avoid probate and counsels individuals planning for the payment of long-term care expenses.  Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of North Carolina, Jessica received her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary and her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.
